it is not working last message in log file is shown ???.gbc is not found....
 good software to download bse nse data but it has many problems like it is slow, one cannot pause the download and is display window does not working properly.It hangs many times but still data is updated in the file,so one cannot know whether it has stopped or working. would like a better smooth running application,but i could not find any application which can download data of bse and nse like this. would rate it 5 out of 10 because of application problems.
Its a wonderful software

Thanks for the pains u have taken. I want to download historical stock prices of all stocks in a single file such that each day\'s history is available for all the stocks in a single row.This is required for my thesis work. I am a Prof. in Computer Sc. & Engg. at IES, IPS Academy.
Historical Minute Data After downloading and installing the trial version I was unable to retrieve minute history data although the help file and web site indicated this should be possible.Could someonf please clarify what the situation is?Thanks!

Not a review as such, I downloaded the application because it mentioned both historical data and options, and I was hoping to download some historical option chains, alas it doesn\'t do that - I was being a little too hopeful! So at present I have no further use for the application.

 Useful end of day price retriever I downloaded this app to see if I could use it to conveniently download end of day stock quotes. Creating a ticker list is easy, especially if you already have one. This application was very quick in retrieving the information into various formats. Some were much quicker than others. I processed over 12,000 tickers using the prn format in quick order.One caveat is that you must be careful with certain tickers. It is almost what I need but unfortunately doesn\'t save a log file. I need to send a continuous ping for a period of time (e.g. overnight) to a machine that we suspect to be faulty. Examination of a log file will show us if there is a problem immediately.
Question:How much influence has a 64 bit ping every second on a server port? 0.1% or much less?
